Here it is guys.

Went to TA twice with this in a row.

[skill]Wallow's Bite[/skill][skill]Blood Of The Aggressor[/skill][skill]Touch of Agony[/skill][skill]Dark Pact[/skill][skill]Vampiric Spirit[/skill][skill]Mystic Regeneration[/skill][skill]Masochism[/skill][skill]Dark Aura[/skill]

Note: Dark Aura is Optional
Note: Masochism gives you 3 energy every time you sacrifice health.
Points:
Blood: 12+1+3
Soul Reaping: 7+1
Earth Prayers: 8
Death Magic(OPTIONAL): 8

40/40 Death Set
Enchanting Staff

Dark Aura(Optional can be replaced by anything, get creative and post it here).

Suggestion for Optiona: A speed buff from the Wind Prayers line.
Wind Prayers: 8

Optional = Enchanted Haste

I tried out mystic speed and dwayna's touch with wind prayers at 10, and you are right, it works a lot better.

He did say Dark Aura is optional. It isn't essential to the build.

This version works more efficiently, Aotl provides more survivability vs the amount of sacrificing you do (vampiric spirit fails because it doesn't work with the touches), masochism is only needed for 2 energy because you can still e manage with 2. Dark aura allows for more damage and since you're going to be touching you'll be in the vicinity for it to work better. You can cycle all the first 3 skills for a lot of damage. I also prefer 12+1+2 for the blood runes because it does less damage than the amount needed for spirit bond to trigger. The Death magic is higher to fuel the death magic skills, dark aura does a lot of damage when combined with the touch skills 80-90 if i remember correctly. Soul reaping doesn't do much for the build cause you can e manage very easily. There's definitely a lack of a snare but then again it's mostly an RA build.

This is true, I didn't read that last line. But is that build really going do any significant damage without it?(Hell, it probably won't do all that much WITH it). And if you don't bother with the touches, are you REALLY going to kill a decent monk with BotA and Dark Pact alone)?(Vamp Spirit requires you to be in Nearby range, so if you let them kite freely, you've made Dark Aura AND your elite rather meaningless, not to mention that as itsvictor said, half the damage skills on the bar don't proc Vamp Spirit anyway.)

EDIT: Before the "omg but i got 2 TA 2 tiem" argument comes in, I've gotten to TA where I had a Mending wahmo, a Double Dragon Ele, some random blood necro, and me on a B-Surge. That argument carries zero credibility with me.

i have one that i used as a joke nec toucher for a time that worked fine, with teh new buffs i may just give it a go again

also could someone please tell me why anet seems to love touch rangers?

Actually expertise is useless with 1 energy skills.
So in some weird way I guess this is Anets way of saying, blood necro's don't need expertise and should get in touch range, showing those tree huggers what for.

I don't think I like what they are saying...

Though, I think I'll try a spamm build with:
[skill]Blood of the Aggressor[/skill][skill]Jaundiced Gaze[/skill][skill]Offering of Blood[/skill]
And something that is high energy.

Perhaps [skill=text]Heal Party[/skill], the casting time on it has been shortened now.

y do u need so many touch skills? u should bring things such as that enchanted +24 defense stance for necros in order to improve survivability.

Actually with one energy cost touch skills, I'm thinking that a Touch Paragon would be more usefull now. But there's no way I'd make one, because I don't expect these gimmicky one energy cost buffs to last long.

Although I have to admit that a touch paragon does sound like fun, in a very stupid sort of way.
